Refund and Returns Policy – Fanpariz

At Fanpariz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist you. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and getting refunds.


1. Returns Process

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Window:
    Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

  • How to Return:
    To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@fanpariz.com or call us at (509) 493-2051. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will guide you through the return process.

  • Return Shipping:
    You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This can apply to items with obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Refund for Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are only refundable if the return is due to a product defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).


3. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items that are perishable or damaged by misuse
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

If a product is non-returnable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue. You may be entitled to a replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items.

  • Damaged during Transit: If your item is damaged during shipping, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, you can initiate a return and place a new order for the item of your choice. Exchanges are subject to the same terms as returns. Please note that exchange items are not guaranteed and are subject to stock availability.
