We currently offer shipping within the United States and select international locations. To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your shipping address during checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We deliver to all states within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary depending on your location.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Shipping times may vary based on the delivery address, processing time, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
    • Available for all domestic orders.
  • Expedited Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
    • Available for domestic orders.
  • Overnight Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery time: 1 business day
    • Available for domestic orders (orders must be placed before 12 PM local time for next-day delivery).
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery time: 7-21 business days (depending on your country)
    • Customs processing and import duties may affect the delivery time.

Please note that during peak shopping seasons or holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual.


3. Shipping Costs

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Address Accuracy:
    Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address, including apartment numbers, zip codes, and contact details. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

  • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
    We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

  • International Duties and Taxes:
    For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@fanpariz.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damage. This will help us process your claim with the carrier.
